Since the pandemic we have been thinking of all ways to elevate and empower our women to live healthier lifestyles. We are so excited about our partnership with ethnochoreologist LaQuinda Grimes for an elevated fitness series. This workout experience brings a refreshing spin to our Girls' Night Out! Classes will be held every 3 weeks on Fridays at 7:30pm beginning June 18th, 2021. Each class will feature a black owned business and the opportunity to network and get fit.
